This firewall app (an iptables frontend) gives you full control over your network traffic. It lets you import/export rules, search apps, use custom profiles, and get alerts for new installs. It supports VPNs and device admin protection. Requires root. There's a paid version with more features, and it promotes some non-free add-ons.
